The best chocolates my wife and I have ever had. We thought we knew good chacolates having purchased and consumed more well know upper shelf chocolates before, but these blow all of them away. Do yourself a big favor and buy a box of these for yourself!!!! You may find yourself eating them all and not sharing one of them!!!1

Although, the chocolate was good, and the inside was very creamy; it seemed that every chocolate was Hazelnut-flavored. I was very disapointed in the flavors of this chocolate. Especially after reading such glowing reviews, I was upset recieving something that was decent, but just buying a cheap box of chocolates at the store is just as good. You want delicious chocolates, go for Godiva.

I've been ordering Leonidas Chocolates for gifts for nearly five years and I've been completely satisfied every single time.

Simply delectable assortment. The only negative I can think of is the lack of an assortment guide. But, I guess that adds to the surprise. The package is beautifully and lovingly packaged, and my chocolates arrived without melting! Great service! The chocolates themselves melt in your mouth and their coffee-hazlenut pralines are to die for! The hazlenut is just that-pure, unadulterated nuts-that said, some people might expect ferrero rocher like taste-its very different, and for some people, even distasteful. But I love it! There are around three layers in the box, and each layer has around seven pieces. Pretty good value actually, and makes an excellent gift!

Yes, twin brother Keith sent his twin sister, Cheryl, Leonidas Belgian chocolate for her birthday, in a heart-warming act of sibling sentiment. It seemed to work extremely well, as his twin noted an unassailable urge to consume the entire box, ruining her fitness regime for many weeks. Keith plans to write an extremely positive review about his clever and thoughtful gift, which apparently hit the spot. Stay tuned for his final installment.

First thing is their web site. It is terrible. I wanted to complain about their candy but was unable to do so on account of the web site. Secondly, there were little sugar crystals imbedded in the chocolate that were quite noticeable and ruined both the flavor and the texture. I would not buy them again.

My wife loves dark chocolate. She formerly ate only Godiva, but when that company changed form vanilla to vanillin, she no longer liked it. She LOVES this stuff. She says that you can taste the fresh and she doesn't want anything else.

I have traveled in several countries in Europe and ALWAYS try the local chocolates. My friend was coming to visit me from the Netherlands and brought this Belgium chocolate for my husband. It was unbelievable! Definitely the best chocolate we both have ever had. My husband still mentions it and it has almost been a year since she has come so instead of buying a birthday cake this year I am going to surprise him with a box of Leonidas Belgian Chocolates and I'm sure he will not be disappointed!

I bought some of these chocolates for my mother for her birthday. I was a little scared about the quality since they were significantly cheaper than Godiva, etc... BUT my mom (a chocolate connesieur) said that these were some of the best chocolates she has ever had! If you're considering chocolates, go with these and save some $$--they are a great value!

This was a gift of chocolate for someone I know very little about. She was absolutely thrilled with it!

The Godiva kiosk closed in our local mall. I was very disappointed, because my family expects a selection of Godiva chocolates for Christmas, Easter and birthdays. However, they have their favorites, and unfortunately when ordering Godiva off-line, you have no choice but to purchase assortments over which the consumer has no input. They are selected and pre-packaged for you. So I was looking for other candy companies which might sell chocolates which approximated my family's favorite items, without having to buy extra candies they might not like. Enter this wonderful collection by Leonidas of Hazelnut and Almond praline-filled milk chocolate confections. These are fantastically excellent chocolates -- just as good as, or better, than the Godiva signature oysters which my family loves. They arrived protected in styrofoam by overnight shipping. I will definitely be dealing with this seller again. I am very impressed and pleased by the chocolate and the high quality of the product. And the taste? Just heavenly.

I gave this a gift to a chocolate lover, and she loved it. She actually hid it from everybody else so she wouldn't have to share it. This is a 30 year old woman. Well anyways just be aware that its a very small package so don't expect to dazzle anybody with size; however, it comes very nicely packed.

I've had several different kinds of chocolate and have had the pleasure of trying several kinds of Leonidas products offered. This one happens to be my favorite for many different reasons. I like it's soft, smooth, melt in your mouth with a hint of almond and hazelnut flavor. It's pure heaven. They are very rich and I can't have more than one or two a day, but it's awesome. If you've never tried Leonidas Chocolates or have always thought other chocolates were just as good (Godiva, etc...) then I highly recommend Leonidas Assortment Product (see link below) to try the various styles and chocolates offered. Sent this to a friend as a thank you. Ordered it yesterday, she got it TODAY! I actually ordered the wrong thing & had to call Leonidas (in New York) the lady spoke broken English, but I explained, she changed the order & everything was wonderful! Susan shared a chocolate with me & I'm tellin ya, all the people that have said that Godiva doesn't even come close...are RIGHT!!! Excellente!!!!!!!
